Melissa Shervington launched her estate agency business in Birmingham five years ago and has cultivated & led a core team of seven in the process. In addition to running this business, Melissa has also been a trainer & consultant for over ten years, which has given her the opportunity to train a range of teams across sectors and continents, using creative & innovative methods to engage participants and facilitate learning in a fun and interactive environment.

With two clear passions in the fields of ‘training’ and ‘property’, Melissa is now at a stage in her journey where she is ready to merge her skills and she will be launching brand new training products and services, which have been created & tailored to the estate agency industry.
